    The Nicotrol Inhaler is another method of quitting. I don't know anything about this method yet myself but I want you to be able to go to their web site and consider it for yourself. I suppose that MANY people could use this method and be SUCCESSFUL quitters! A lot of people seem to have problems with what to do with their hands when they QUIT smoking.
