Hello,

    My name is Shell Silva. I am an EX-smoker who quit cigarettes 15 years ago. I am 53 years old with 1 Beautiful Daughter named Karin who I love very much. Karin is a Dental Assistant and I'm VERY proud of Her.  Karin and Myself share a home in Palmetto, Florida, along with our Dog named Pepper. Palmetto is a nice small town about 15 miles south of Saint Petersburg, Florida.

    I am a self-employed Telephone installer who wants to try and HELP the world quit smoking. I realize that the WORLD isn't going to QUIT smoking completely, I'm sure there will still be a FEW diehard holdouts (HA HA) but it is a NICE GOAL anyway.

    My Goal with this website is to Try to offer as many resources as I can locate to HELP achieve your success in QUITTING that NASTY addiction to tobacco. I am by no means an expert on smoking cessation, but I KNOW EACH and EVERY one of you CAN succeed!! The secret is to (NEVER QUIT, QUITTING) and if you slip just get up, brush yourself off and begin QUITTING again. USE EVERY way possible to achieve success. YOUR life IS worth SAVING from the miseries of tobacco related illnesses and death.

    I realize that YOU have to want to STOP smoking but in my opinion, it doesn't hurt to STOP for your FAMILY  (If that's the only way you will try!) As an addicted EX-smoker myself I KNOW that I am only that ONE PUFF away from being a smoker again. What WORKS for me is to NEVER NEVER NEVER let myself take that first puff.

    I hope this website will be of some HELP on your journey to a SMOKE-FREE life!
